Shipping

  At HairbyTMarie we are committed to providing our customers with the best, this doesn't only apply to our products but our process as well. Once payment is cleared, HairbyTMarie will begin to process your order, processing time will take 3 business days (not including weekends) . After the 72 business hours processing is completed, it will take 2-3 business days to receive your package. 

This processing time frame is subject to change due to sales or during holiday seasons.

Note that during the holiday season it could typically take longer. We ship items through USPS Priority Mail. USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.

Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. 

SHIPMENT DELAYS 

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address .It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible.

If for any instance you are placing an order for someone else and would like it shipped to an address that is different from your billing address PLEASE CONTACT US @ hairbytmarie6890@gmail.com before you place an order. 

PLEASE NOTE : To avoid any problems with missing shipments or fraud attempts, A SIGNATURE is REQUIRED to confirm delivery.  Meaning, someone must be present to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package ;they may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
