For health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges. Items will only be permitted for exchange if you were sent the wrong products in error on our behalf. Please note that HairbyTMarie prides itself on giving customers the best hair possible. We exercise a strict quality assurance process. We inspect all hair before it is shipped.

Please note that federal law (HIPPA regulations) prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used. Used (meaning brushed, combed, washed, tag removed, colored or tampered with in any way). All exchanges are at the discretion of HairbyTMarie. 


HairbyTMarie reserves the right to change or modify our policy at any time without giving prior notification.

Incorrect Orders

Please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired without cutting the hair wrap or opening the bundles. In rare occurrences a mistake or delay can happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as your original order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 4 days after receipt of your shipment.

Under no circumstances will hair be returned or exchanged for any reason after the time period given.
