RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

HairbyTMarie does not issue refunds.  ALL sales are FINAL!

For health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges. Items will only be permitted for exchange if you were sent the wrong products in error on our behalf. Please note that HairbyTMarie prides itself on giving customers the best hair possible. We exercise a strict quality assurance process. We inspect all hair before it is shipped.

Please note that federal law (HIPPA regulations) prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used. Used (meaning brushed, combed, washed, tag removed, colored or tampered with in any way). All exchanges are at the discretion of HairbyTMarie. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE. 

HairbyTMarie reserves the right to change or modify our policy at any time without giving prior notification.

 

Fraud Alert PolicyWe reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. HairByTmarie has zero tolerance for credit card fraud and any theft of our products. HairByTMarie reserves the right to cancel any order that is flagged as fraudulent.

If your order is flagged as fraudulent we will contact you to confirm your information. If your information is not confirmed within 48 hours of us contacting you, your order will be cancelled. You will be required to submit a valid state ID and/or drivers license. Your name, billing and/or shipping address MUST match what is on your order 

Under no circumstances will hair be returned or exchanged for any reason after the time period given.
